About Us

Leah Keval, LCSW, earned her master's degree from the University of Denver and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has over a decade of experience working with children, adolescents and adults in various settings. Leah has a strong interest in attachment theory and working with the entire family system. She has a history consulting with schools providing a strong framework from which she draws to promote trauma-responsive education practices to address behaviors. Leah utilizes a client-focused approach, while incorporating the use of somatic experiencing and EMDR. 

Faythe, APSW, earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee with a focus on clinical social work, school social work, and trauma-informed care. Throughout her professional roles, she has enjoyed working with individuals from diverse cultural, racial, gender, sexual, and neurodivergent identities. These experiences shaped her passion for guiding, educating, and advocating for individuals seeking mental health support. She specializes in working with LGBTQIA+ clients, BIPOC communities, and Neurodivergent adults and youth. She also especially enjoys working with children, adolescents, and young adults. She enjoys focusing on nervous system regulation, breaking down tasks and goals to make them manageable, and exploring the layers of life and how they have impacted you while determining what you need for meaningful healing. She prioritizes a genuine, authentic connection, and strengths-based support. Her therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and affirming, grounded in curiosity and empowerment. She shows up with compassion and meets you where you’re at, focusing on growth, self-determination, and resilience.

Madyson earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Wisconsin–Parkside. She works with children, adolescents, and adults, creating a space where clients feel safe, heard, and supported. Madyson brings a compassionate, relational approach to therapy and believes in meeting each person where they are with care and respect. She has a strong interest in trauma-informed work, identity development, and helping clients navigate life transitions and emotional challenges. Her therapeutic style integrates person-centered, relational, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral approaches, allowing sessions to feel both grounding and empowering. Madyson believes healing happens through connection, trust, and genuine human relationships, and she is honored to walk alongside clients in their growth and healing journey.

Laura Robinson, MFT, received her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary. Laura has worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, group therapy, family therapy, couples counseling, and life transitions. Laura has a strong belief of hope in each client and has developed a therapeutic understanding of how daily life impacts clients. Therapeutic approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused brief therapy.

Olivia Smith, MSW, holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee’s School of Social Welfare. She takes a compassionate, client-centered approach, supporting children and adults with a range of emotional, behavioral, and psychological needs. Trained in Brainspotting and EMDR-IT (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing – IT), Olivia helps clients process and heal from trauma. Her work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and trauma-informed care, creating a safe and supportive space where clients can build resilience, strengthen connections, and move toward meaningful growth and healing.

Michele Tupper, LPC-IT, received her master’s degree from Lakeland University in clinical counseling. One of her core values is helping others learn to become the best versions of themselves so that they may thrive and find joy in their lives through its inevitable ups and downs. Utilizing theories such as cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapies, psychoanalysis, and person-centered therapy, Michele helps clients gain insight and control over their thoughts, feelings, and actions. She particularly enjoys working with middle- and-high-schoolers and adults and is passionate about helping people learn to spot old coping mechanisms that no longer serve them to learn new ways to approach challenging situations. A specialty of Michele’s is assisting clients as they move through life’s natural transitions, such as empty-nest, death of a loved one, divorce, and retirement.
