COMPASS
Find Your Way. You’re Not Alone.
COMPASS is a free support group for youth in K5–12th grade who are navigating grief, divorce, family transitions, and other significant life changes. Through age-appropriate small groups, participants have a safe and supportive place to connect with others, express their feelings, build healthy coping skills, and develop resilience.
Formerly known as Rainbows, COMPASS continues the same trusted program with a new name and a focus on helping youth find their way forward with confidence, connection, and hope.
