
Meet Olivia
Olivia Smith, MSW, APSW holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee School of Social Welfare. She takes a compassionate, client-centered approach, supporting children, adolescents, adults, and older adults with a range of emotional, behavioral, and psychological needs. With experience working with clients from age 6 through 75, Olivia understands the unique challenges and strengths that can arise across different stages of life. Trained in Brain spotting and EMDR-IT (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Olivia helps clients process and heal from trauma. She has also completed training in Suicide Intervention Skills and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), equipping her to support individuals experiencing emotional distress, crisis, and challenges with emotion regulation. Her work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed strategies, mindfulness-based interventions, and trauma-informed care, creating a safe and supportive space where clients can build resilience, strengthen connections, and move toward meaningful growth and healing.
