Meet Michele
Michele Tupper, LPC, received her master’s degree from Lakeland University in clinical counseling. One of her core values is helping others learn to become the best versions of themselves so that they may thrive and find joy in their lives through its inevitable ups and downs. Utilizing theories such as cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapies, psychoanalysis, and person-centered therapy, Michele helps clients gain insight and control over their thoughts, feelings, and actions. She particularly enjoys working with middle- and-high-schoolers and adults and is passionate about helping people learn to spot old coping mechanisms that no longer serve them to learn new ways to approach challenging situations. A specialty of Michele’s is assisting clients as they move through life’s natural transitions, such as empty-nest, death of a loved one, divorce, and retirement.
